Southern Nevada Senior Law Program’s Supervised Practice of Law Program
Welcome Students who are interested in signing up for the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program’s Supervised Practice of Law Program! It is the mission of the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program to ensure access to justice for seniors with the greatest economic and social needs. By choosing to complete your supervised practice of law requirements with the Southern Nevada Senior Law Program, you will be electing to be part of cases that impact a vulnerable and vital part of the Southern Nevada community, adults that are aged 60 years or older.
To become licensed as an attorney in Nevada, you will need to complete 40 hours of supervised practice work. Details on the various components of the new Nevada Comprehensive Licensing Examination, including the supervised practice component, can be found on the State Bar of Nevada website.
Although the new licensing exam will not be offered until January 2027, you can still sign up to complete the supervised practice of law requirements.
