Evictions, Housing, and Real Property Services at SLP helps seniors maintain stable housing. Attorneys consult with seniors about their landlord/tenant issues and provide information and guidance during the eviction process. Under this program our attorneys also assist seniors with the issues and challenges they encounter when dealing with their landlord, property manager, homeowners’ association, or mortgage holder.
