What is a Cy Pres Award?
Rooted in the French term meaning “as near as possible,” a cy pres award allows undistributed class action settlement funds to be directed to a nonprofit when they cannot reach their intended recipients. Given our mission and the critical need for legal services for seniors in our community, we are considered an excellent recipient of these funds.

Your firm’s cy pres designation can help us:
